MarSenses war born in the Balearic Islands. This is where we live, work and develop our projects. And we know that a company cannot be understood separately from the people who are part of its destination. That is we week to build lasting relationships with our community: neighbourhoods, producers, suppliers, social organisations, artists, associations, professional and people who contribute every day to keeping our surrounding alive. Collaborating locally means creating opportunities, sharing knowledge and ensuring that part of the value generated by our activity stays close to home. An extra value for what’s ours.

We are moving towards a way of working that gives people more time to live. Work-life balance is not just something on paper. It is a reality.

32 hours per week for our senior housekeeping and kitchen teams

People over the age of 58 in our housekeeping and kitchen teams have an adpated working schedule.
