Who we are

The philosophy that guides us

Human Circular Hospitality is our own model of tourism built on a simple idea: when the best in each person is respected, the best in the whole is activated. This model begins with individual well-being, expands through meaningful relationships and becomes a shared culture. It is circular because it creates an actual impact that comes back—when you are well, others are too. And when that well-being multiplies, the environment improves.

Our essence: mission, vision and values

Mission

Transform individual well-being into a shared strength and culture that enhances everyone’s life. We believe in humane and ethical hospitality, where well-being is not a personal privilege but a driving force that multiplies and transforms communities, relationships, and environments.

Vision

Our vision is to hold a unique and distinctive position as a trusted business group, recognized for our unwavering commitment to service. We aspire to be an agent of transformation for our team, communities, and the environment.

Values

We care with conscious humanity, connect through authenticity, act with integrity, transform with courage, and inspire through everyday actions.

Who we are

MarSenses Hotels & Homes closed 2024 with a record revenue of €30,500,000—€6,500,000 more than the previous year. To this, we can add 400 additional rooms projected for the next three years. This success story is built on strong organic growth, especially considering that the company began operations in 2020, the same year it was forced to close due to the pandemic. In 2021, operations remained very limited, with only three months of activity, and it wasn't until 2022 that the company operated at full capacity. In just three years, revenue from the original four hotels has grown significantly, thanks to strategic repositioning through investment in physical assets, staffing, and brand building. Today, the company operates six hotels, a holiday villa—Cas Metge Matas—and two restaurants: Que Bo and Natura Olea Restaurant.
