MAR SENSES informs the User of the existence of a personal data processing activity (“WEB USERS”), created with the data obtained on the website by and for MAR SENSES and under its responsibility.
This processing has been created for the purpose of providing information about the services offered on the Portal, as well as handling and managing inquiries submitted by users through this channel.
The retention periods for the data provided by users through the website forms are as follows:
For inquiries: Once the inquiry has been answered, during the current year.
For service contracts: For the duration of the contractual relationship.

By contracting our services, you agree that we may transfer your personal data to FLEXMYROOM INSURETECH, S.L., located in Benidorm (03503 – Alicante), Calle Gerona, 13, Local CA 18, Tax ID B42687616, solely so that you may benefit from the insurance services they offer. This entity will delete your personal data once the service has been completed and the legally established retention periods have expired. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability by contacting: datos@flexmyroom.com.
When booking The Humane Room at the MarSenses Natura Olea Hotel, you agree that we may transfer your personal data to GREC Mallorca (Grup d'Educadors de Carrer i Treball amb Menors). This transfer is solely so that the Association may thank you directly for the contribution of the net amount (excluding taxes) of your booking and ensure that it has received said amount from Mar Senses S.L. This association will delete your personal data once the service has been completed and the legally established periods have expired. 4. Rights — What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Users of the website owned by MAR SENSES are guaranteed the rights established in the Personal Data Protection legislation.
Users have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether MAR SENSES is processing personal data concerning them.
