No Tea ... We’re the Best Company to Work For!

It’s not that we’re singing “Corazón Partío” by Alejandro Sanz about how “two without three doesn’t count” (that life comes and goes and never stops…), but yesterday, on our second try, we managed to improve—and far surpass—last year’s podium result.

At yesterday’s Best Workplaces Spain 2026 awards ceremony, we received the award (and business recognition) as the Best Company to Work For in the category of companies with 251 to 500 employees. A well-deserved first place, of course, that helps ease last year’s fourth place finish when we entered these awards for the first time.

This time, thanks to the surveys you completed with so much care, attention, and understanding—along with all the feedback we received—MarSenses Hotels & Homes has taken pole position in this category in 2026. Notably, only two companies from the hospitality sector were competing for this award.

But the night didn’t end there, because this was not the only award coming home. The organizing company also recognized leading businesses that truly make a difference in everything they do, and the Better For Business award was granted to MarSenses Hotels & Homes.

Yes, another award!
This completely unexpected recognition filled both those present at the gala and those watching online (there were definitely a few satisfied sighs 😊) with pride and joy—and it motivates us even more to keep working and to continue showing who we are, what we stand for, and what we believe in.

Now this really is the last one. But as the spoiler at the beginning of the story already hinted… three awards are coming home!

Our General Manager, Rodrigo Fitaroni, took the stage to receive the “Best Executive” award from Great Place To Work. This recognition celebrates his entire career, his values, his dedication, and the love and passion he brings to everything he does.

Leading this company—one that always puts people first, even as a family business, highlighting and celebrating the value of every single person who works here—deserves to be recognized.
