One year after entering the European Best Workplaces ranking, we have reached 8th place in the Small & Medium Workplaces category. A recognition that once again puts at the heart of what defines the way we do business: our people.
There are some pieces of news that we are especially excited to share. And this is definitely one of them.
At MarSenses Hotels & Homes, we have just achieved 8th place in the Best Workplaces Europe 2026 ranking, in the Small & Medium Workplaces category. We are incredibly happy to receive this recognition and, above all, to know that behind this result are so many people, so many stories and so much shared effort.
And to understand what this 8th place means, it is worth looking back for a moment.
In 2025, we ranked 39th in Europe. One year later, we have climbed to 8th place. A leap that puts us among the highest-ranked companies to work for in Europe within our category.
But this result did not happen overnight. During 2025, we experienced a particularly important year at MarSenses. We grew, moved forward and continued building a company where we want people to genuinely be at the heart of everything we do.
We closed the year with record revenue of €32.6 million, 24.9% more than the previous year, and entered 2026 with the goal of reaching €35 million. But our results cannot be measured solely in financial figures.
In 2025, we were also recognised as the 4th Best Workplace in Spain in the category for companies with between 251 and 500 employees. And we continued to promote initiatives focused on wellbeing, work-life balance, diversity, inclusion and the professional development of our teams.
Because for us, growing as a company also means growing as a place to work.
That is why this European recognition is particularly meaningful. Because Best Workplaces rankings are not just about companies; they also reflect how the people who make up those organisations experience their day-to-day work, their workplace and their company culture.
And that is exactly where we want to be: listening, learning and looking every day for new ways to take care of the people who make MarSenses possible.
Today, we celebrate 8th place in Best Workplaces Europe 2026. We celebrate moving from 39th to 8th place. We celebrate everything we have built together over the past year.
But above all, we celebrate every person behind this achievement.
Those working in our hotels and restaurants. Those working from our central offices. Those who take care of our guests, their colleagues and every little detail. Those who have been part of MarSenses for years, and those who have just joined us.
This recognition belongs to all of us.
Because we can talk about hotels, restaurants, projects, growth and results.
But if there is one thing we know for sure, it is this:
